Children’s free participation is subject to the event organiser’s conditions. To find out, please check the information attached to the description of each specific event, which will indicate exactly whether there is no charge and, if so, the age up to which children are admitted free of charge.

Only bank cards are accepted at the TWINSBET Arena box office, bars and cloakroom inside the arena.

Spectators with reduced mobility are admitted to events through a separate, specially adapted south entrance of the Arena. The south entrance is accessed via the service yard – click to see the parking plan.

There is a cloakroom in the arena that costs EUR 2.5. Payment by card only.
