New floor at “Twinsbet” Arena: “Wolves Twinsbet” players will be the first to try it

The Vilnius “Twinsbet” Arena has a renovated floor for basketball matches. The first to try it out will be Vilnius “Wolves Twinsbet”, who will play against Mažeikiai “M Basket-Delamode” on Wednesday in the “Betsafe-LKL” league.

“This year, the arena will celebrate its 20th anniversary, which is how long the old parquet floor has lasted. Last year, we started extensive renovation work on the arena, so it was time to change the parquet floor. We estimate that it has withstood more than 500 basketball games.

However, we are happy that both players and spectators will now enjoy an even higher quality of basketball in our arena,” says Andrius Žiauberis, the arena Director.

A few weeks ago, the LED screens surrounding the basketball court were also updated at the arena.

The new parquet will bear the name “Twinsbet” Arena. The court’s lines will now be marked in black, and the parquet will retain its natural wood tones.
